It's my first time using this type of styler so I relied on the manual that came with it. I was able to make great-looking curls on my first try and I was very impressed with the performance. It makes soft curls that hold up and this styler also straightens well. I got this color because it was the best-looking and most regal. Really nice quality!

I am in love with me straightener especially the color. Got as a gift a couple years back. The only issue i had was after a few weeks it started pulling my hairs at the ends of the heating plates, which when I went back to get it replaced the area I purchased it from was gone. So I had to deal with it and just recently while using it one of the heating plates broke in half and fell off the product. I was very upset due to having been left half way done with my hair. And had a small burn my foot from the broken piece falling on my foot. Unsure how I can contact customer service to find out what I can do.

I love this straightener! I like the feel of it and I love that it has a long cord! This is my third one.
