Best tool you can buy for yourself! For the price, this is a professional hair styler that can be used for your curls or simply soft waves. The cord is also the right length for me, considering the distance of my vanity mirror to our outlet. The heat has adjustable levels and can get very hot without burning your hair. Very versatile and highly recommended!

It's my first time using this type of styler so I relied on the manual that came with it. I was able to make great-looking curls on my first try and I was very impressed with the performance. It makes soft curls that hold up and this styler also straightens well. I got this color because it was the best-looking and most regal. Really nice quality!

I am in love with me straightener especially the color. Got as a gift a couple years back. The only issue i had was after a few weeks it started pulling my hairs at the ends of the heating plates, which when I went back to get it replaced the area I purchased it from was gone. So I had to deal with it and just recently while using it one of the heating plates broke in half and fell off the product. I was very upset due to having been left half way done with my hair. And had a small burn my foot from the broken piece falling on my foot. Unsure how I can contact customer service to find out what I can do.

I love this straightener! I like the feel of it and I love that it has a long cord! This is my third one.
