I purchased this straightener at a mall kiosk in 2014. After a decade it has finally stopped working. I was shocked! I was hoping it had a lifetime warranty for this price but it’s only 3 years. Still worth it! It’s a wonderful iron. I will miss you.

I think I got mine back in 2015/2016. And I still rave about this damn thing.

Went to my local mall with my grandma about 10 years ago as a teenager and was approached by a salesman. He told me he’d try it on a piece of my hair for free and would give me a free sample of serum if I let him. My grandma was a retired hair dresser and we had time so we said why not. I have super thick hair, with thick strands that are curly/wavy. It took one time over a piece for it to be sleek (a cheaper one I have to go over a piece several times) and we were sold. She got it for me for my birthday/Christmas present that year. 10 years later this baby still works like a charm and I will never use another one. It’s been on every school trip, every summer camp, every sleepover. My friends ask to use it when I have it. Price is completely worth it. Could not recommend more.

I purchased this straightener TEN years ago at my local mall. Best purchase I have ever made! It is used daily and it has gone on every trip I have ever taken. Unfortunately, after ten years, the power cord seems to have a short in it. I would not think of purchasing anything other than the exact same straightener that has been with me for the last decade!

Honestly best hair straightener. I got it at the mall 10 years ago, for 50% off. And it broke after a few years so I had to buy it full price from the website. It’s very pricey, but honestly so worthy. I’m s the only hair straightener I really trust with my hair.
