I absolutely am amazed by how great this hair straightener is. When plugging in, it was warm in three minutes and hot & ready in five. I only had to go over the hair twice to have to complete ends result and my hair is down to my waste. One thing I need to point out, I love the piece by the cord going to the straightener to keep it safe and not damageable
