This is my 2nd one. Like so many, I bought my 1st one at a mall kiosk 7 years ago. I have thick, naturally curly hair and this straightens it quickly and easily. Definitely worth the cost.

As the title says, this exceeded my expectations! Normally when people think of pink things, they think lowly of them. But not this styler. My coworker borrowed it with hesitation but after using it, she didn't even want to give it back! I told her to buy her own styler from this brand. Now you've gained a new customer.

It is not as heavy as I expected. I splurged on this straightener since it was recommended by a friend who told me about this brand and this particular product. I ended up loving this and she has great taste! Out of the box, the instructions were easy to follow, and was pretty surprised at how it straightens my hair in one straight pass! I'm yet to use this for curling.

We had this flat iron for 10 years! It recently out. We went out to buy another but nothing seemed to compare well enough so we ended up ordering the same one again. Thus far it’s just as great! It was definitely well worth the price the first time around. Hoping the same again.
