I have naturally wavy hair so it helps to straighten it up a bit for me to look more presentable. Works better than I even thought it would! Also makes my hair shiny every single time!

No tugging and pulling on my hair, so the experience is pretty much flawless. It works great and heats fairly quickly! The ceramic plates are not hard on your hair. The sides are rolled so the heat never touches your fingers.
